CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR WALLPAPERS
What is the texture of the wallpaper?
Our wallpapers are printed on high-quality, smooth, washable, matte non-woven wallpaper. Depending on the models and the paper finish you choose, the material can be smooth or slightly textured. If you have any specific expectations regarding the material, we invite you to contact us by email or to order a sample. As a specialist in custom wallpaper, we always have a solution to offer you to carry out your project. Here are some examples of wallpaper supports that can be produced: fireproof wallpaper, wallpaper or tapestry for hotels and restaurants, fabric-type wallpaper (there are many choices).
Will the pattern be the size of my wall? What is custom wallpaper?
Our specialty is custom wallpaper. We design your wallpaper according to the dimensions of your wall and adapt the pattern so that it is perfectly positioned on your surface. In the case of a narrow wall, the pattern may be truncated to maintain the correct proportions of the visual and maintain a custom visual rendering. Thanks to our customization tool, you can select the desired framing yourself according to your dimensions.
Will my wallpaper look the same as the photos on the website?
Our wallpapers are staged and calibrated as close to reality as possible to allow you to project yourself into your room.
However, you may observe a slight variation in color depending on the calibration of your screen and the type of lighting in your room (white, yellow, orange light, etc.).
Also, photos viewed on a screen are in RGB, green and blue are intense, and will fade when printed (in CMYK). This is a consequence of the four-color printing process. The best way to ensure the rendering of the paper is to order a sample.
Please note that colours on a computer screen will always appear more vivid and brighter than on paper. If in doubt, please contact us.
Will my wallpaper be as bright as on my computer or smartphone screen?
Our screens have a backlight that tends to make images appear brighter than they actually are. Once printed, your wallpaper will be lit by indirect light (sun or bulb). The rendering will therefore be a little softer than on your screens. Remember to take into account the tint of your bulbs: warm bulbs contain more yellow than blue, they will tend to enhance the warm tones of your wallpaper. Conversely, cold bulbs will tend to neutralize warm colors. We therefore advise you to choose neutral lighting (around 4000 Kelvins).
I would like to receive a sample of a wallpaper, is this possible?
In order for you to validate the material, the design rendering as well as the colors, A4 wallpaper samples are available to order. To do this, we invite you to go to our "Order a sample" page, located at the bottom of our website.
INSTALLING YOUR WALLPAPER
Installing panoramic wallpaper is very simple. We recommend that you download the installation guide depending on the paper support ordered. The easiest wallpaper to install is pre-pasted paper, a thin layer of glue is present on the back of the paper. To activate it, simply spray with water and then stick your wall decoration directly.
Can I install the panoramic wallpaper myself? Or do I need to hire a professional installer?
Whether you are a beginner, experienced or professional, everyone can install our wallpapers. The quality of our wallpaper is such that you can handle it without fear of tearing it. In any case, we recommend that you read our installation guide before installing your wallpaper. You can also consult our network of installers, available at the bottom of our website, in the "Find an installer near you" section.
How to install wallpaper?
To guide you in installing your custom-made non-woven wallpaper, you can find our installation guide at the bottom of the page, in the confirmation of your order, and on all of our product pages. You will also have an installation guide attached to your order in your package. You can also find installation videos on our Youtube and Instagram accounts. Please note: two installation guides are available on our site, depending on the wallpaper finish you have ordered.

Can wallpaper be hung in a damp room?
Our non-woven wallpapers with a VINYL PRO finish are specially designed to fit into a bathroom, toilet or kitchen. This finish ensures a longer life for your wallpaper. Indeed, the vinyl layer will protect the inks from humidity.
We would like to point out that all our wallpaper finishes must not be in direct contact with water.
What surface can I put wallpaper on?
Your wallpaper must be installed on a smooth, smooth surface. Don't hesitate to sand your installation surface to make it smooth. You can install your wallpaper on plaster, melamine and cupboard doors.
We do not recommend installation on the following surfaces: any type of raised surface, plaster, plastic, glass, plexiglass, tiles, raised fiberglass.

All our wallpapers are made to measure. As each project is unique, we are committed to offering you a personalized wallpaper to the dimensions of your wall. Thus, no matter the size of your wall, our team will take care of creating a harmonious and pleasant rendering for your interior.
My wall has technical constraints (attic, door, great length + 8 meters, staircase, etc.). What should I do?
Our wallpapers can be adapted to the different constraints that your wall may have. Our tailor-made approach allows us to carry out all projects.
Is your wall unusual or the frame selection doesn't suit you? Order by selecting our graphic adaptation service, for a personalized and tailor-made rendering.
You don't know what dimensions to order given the configuration of your wall and its specificities? We invite you to contact us by email at contact@muralconcept.fr by sending us a sketch of your wall (with all the dimensions) and the wallpaper model you have chosen. We can discuss together the feasibility of your project, and send you a quote. Our team is at your disposal to create the wallpaper of your dreams.
I saw a wallpaper, and I would like to change some elements. Is this possible?
Our wallpapers are custom-made, they are customizable if they have the "Buy a graphic service" option. We invite you to choose the customization option when ordering, and then we invite you to contact us by email specifying the elements you wish to modify, for example: "I want to remove the birds, the animals. I would like a blue color instead of green." We will send you a visual for printing validation.
I am a professional and I would like to print my own visual, is this possible?
Do you have a specific printing request? No problem, we can print your own graphic, visual, photo or pattern. Simply send us your request by email to contact@muralconcept.fr with your print file, the desired dimensions and your delivery + billing details. Our team of designers will check the quality of your file, and we will send you a quote.
YOUR ORDER
I can't access my customer account, is this normal?
If you are unable to log in to your customer account, it is because when you placed your order you did not check the "Create a customer account" box. Don't worry, you will find your order confirmation by email, and you will be notified by the carrier as soon as your package is on its way.
I need my invoice, what should I do?
Your PDF invoice is attached to the order confirmation email via a clickable link. If you cannot find your invoice, do not hesitate to contact us by email at contact@muralconcept.fr. We will be happy to resend your invoice to you.
I have not received an order confirmation, why?
Your order confirmation is sent to you by email only if you have provided your email address when placing your order. If you have not provided it, a confirmation SMS is sent to you. If you have provided your email address: remember to check your spam folder, the order confirmation email may have ended up in your junk mail. If you cannot find the email, do not hesitate to ask us at contact@muralconcept.fr.
I only received one wallpaper, where is the rest of my order?
Don't worry, your wallpapers are shipped in several packages according to their volume, in order to preserve their perfect condition. It is possible that your packages leave the workshop one day apart or that the carrier has delayed the delivery of a package. In general, order complements arrive within the next 48 hours.
I just placed an order but I made a mistake in the dimensions? What should I do?
As long as your order has not been sent to print, we can rectify your dimensions. Therefore, we invite you to contact us immediately by phone or e-mail, in order to modify your dimensions. Attention: if your wallpaper is already being printed, we will not be able to modify and cancel your order.
How to order?
To place your order, simply enter the exact dimensions of your wall, add the product to your basket and then pay.
We invite you to enter the exact dimensions of your wall, we automatically add a margin of 5cm in width and height.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
What are the delivery times?
Our wallpapers are custom-made, this requires design and manufacturing time. In mainland France, our non-woven wallpapers are received within an average of 10 to 15 working days.
Our wallpapers are shipped, depending on the location, with the following transport services: Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD or DHL.
We also ship internationally and worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically updated on our website. Delivery time varies depending on the country of delivery and customs processing.
My delivery has not been made, what should I do?
If your wallpaper has not arrived at your home within the expected time, we invite you to log in to your Muralconcept account to track the progress of your order. It is possible that the processing of your order has been slightly delayed, depending on the time of year.
In any case, a delivery information notification is sent to you by email as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. It is possible that the information notification arrives in your spam.
My package is damaged, an item is defective, what should I do?
It is essential to check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. In the event that you find that the package is in poor condition and compromises the condition of the goods, you must take a photo of the package, refuse it and inform us by email of your complaint. This will facilitate the steps with the carrier to obtain a refund.
If you notice a defective product, it is essential to send us a photo of the box and the product by email to contact@muralconcept.fr.
Any claim must be made before the product is installed. We remind you that installing the product implies acceptance as is. Checking your wallpaper is necessary before installation to avoid any pitfalls and judge the product as is. We will not be able to respond favorably to a claim that concerns wallpaper handled by a third party. Installed wallpaper is subject to modifications during installation.
I only received one wallpaper in my entire order, is this normal?
Don't worry, your wallpapers are shipped in several packages according to their volume, in order to preserve their perfect condition. It is possible that your packages leave the workshop one day apart or that the carrier has delayed the delivery of a package. In general, order complements arrive within the next 48 hours.
I want to return the product, what should I do?
Our wallpapers are custom-made to your order dimensions. As such, they are personalized products. Personalized products (custom-made wallpaper) cannot be returned. Indeed, since the order is made to the dimensions of your wall, the wallpaper cannot be resold to a third party. The right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of product, in accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.
Before placing your order, we invite you to make all necessary arrangements (choice of model, dimensions, colors, purchase of sample), in order to ensure that the wallpaper received will correspond to your expectations.
Will my wallpaper be damaged during shipping?
Once your custom-printed wallpaper is cut into equal strips and then carefully packed in a rigid cardboard box. This protects it during transport. However, there is no such thing as zero risk when it comes to transport. If your package arrives damaged, we invite you to take a photo of it, refuse to accept it from the carrier and send us your complaint. It is essential to check the condition of the wallpaper inside the box before signing the receipt. Without your observations, we will not be able to make a complaint to the carrier.
